LivSync is a consumer health coordination platform and is not a healthcare provider. The Service is designed to help individuals and families organize and manage health-related information for personal use.

2. No Medical Advice

All information within LivSync is for informational and organizational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions
• Do not rely on LivSync in emergencies — call 911 or your local emergency number
• AI-generated responses are informational only and not a substitute for professional care

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• The accuracy of information you enter into the Service
• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. AI Features

LivSync may include AI-powered features. All AI outputs are informational only and do not constitute medical advice. You should not make health or medical decisions based solely on AI responses.

AI features may include tools that create or modify records in the Service on your behalf, such as scheduling appointments or adding provider information. These actions are performed at your direction and are clearly disclosed in-app before any record is created. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all AI-assisted changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” with limited liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivSync shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or health outcomes
• Decisions made based on information stored in or generated by the app
• Missed medical appointments, medications, or other care events resulting from notification delivery failures, device settings, or app interruptions

Push notifications, reminders, and alerts depend on device settings, network availability, and operating system behavior. LivSync does not guarantee that any notification will be delivered at the scheduled time or at all.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you within the app and require your active acknowledgment before you can continue using the Service. Non-material updates (such as clarifications or formatting) become effective upon publication; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of those updates.

10. Data Sharing Between Users

LivSync provides tools that allow you to share health information with other users of your choosing. When you share data, LivSync acts only as a technical conduit.

• You are solely responsible for deciding who to grant access to and what permissions to assign
• LivSync is not responsible for how recipients access, use, store, or disclose the information you share
• You should exercise caution when sharing children's health information, as it may be sensitive and could be further disclosed by the recipient

You may revoke shared access at any time from within the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
